Maximum Purchase Policy

2. Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear.
When an Offer Code is accepted, the offer will be displayed in the "Order Review".

M·A·C Cosmetics is subject to GST (Goods & Services Tax) charges. GST will be charged on all applicable goods and services supplied to you. Prices shown on our website are inclusive of 0% GST. If you require a full tax invoice to claim for tax refund, please email us at support@cs.maccosmetics.com.my.

With a M·A·C Account, you can check the status of your most recent orders by visiting our Order Status page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your M·A·C Cosmetics Malaysia Online orders.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
Item(s) not available.
Difficulty in processing payment information.
Cannot deliver to address provided.
Duplicate order was placed.
Cancelled due to a customer request.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email to explain the reason for the cancellation. Your original payment method will be refunded for the appropriate amount.
If you wish to change or cancel your order prior to dispatch please call our Customer Service Team on 1-800-18-0742 with your order number.
Please note as we generally dispatch orders within 1- 2 days (excluding weekends and public holidays), it may not be possible to cancel prior to dispatch. In this instance you would have to return your order once received in accordance with our Returns Policy.
