Usage
- Apply to under eyes or blemishes with a 242 Brush. Use a tapping motion to build a fuller coverage. Set with a powder of your choice.
- Apply to under eyes with a 217 brush. Use a circular motion for a softer diffused look. Set with a powder of your choice.
